Return Policy
Software purchases cannot be returned for a refund. We encourage prospective customers to try the free trial version of the software prior to purchase, and to contact us with any pre-sales questions, so that you may make an informed and confident purchase decision.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Purchased software products may be downloaded after the order has been processed. Order processing is not instantaneous. You will be provided download instructions by email once the order has been processed. There is no fee for electronic delivery by download. You may also opt to purchase physical delivery of the software on a CD for an additional fee. There is a flat fee for the CD delivery option via Canada Post Xpresspost service for USA & Canada, and Small Packet Air Service for all other countries worldwide. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
