The Software Maintenance Plan - 2 Year includes 5 technical support incidents to be used within 2 years of purchase, and all software updates(*) for a period of two years. Technical support is provided by email.
*A software update is defined as a minor version release (eg. version 8.0 -> 8.1) or a patch release, and does not include major software version upgrades (eg. version 8.0 -> 9.0).
You can purchase this maintenance plan at any time. If you purchase this maintenance plan when you are within an existing coverage period, your coverage will be extended for two additional years past the current period expiry date. If you purchase this plan after your previous coverage period has expired, a new coverage period of 2 years will begin on the purchase date.
